She is very patient when people encounter difficulties, is responsive to the needs of each individual, and is committed to ensuring everyone feels entirely confident with every part of the course. We all ended the day feeling uplifted, both for the confidence we felt in the skills we had learnt, and for how enjoyable the day had been. I cannot recommend Fiona highly enough."
