Hi, I’m Fiona Kyte (née Revill) and I am the founder and directi of First Aid South Training, an award-winning provider of bespoke First Aid training. I’m based in Poole, Dorset and cover the area around it, the South Coast.
Experience
With over 15 years experience teaching First Aid skills, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to help save lives. I first started training as a Lifeguard as a teenager and I am also an experienced First Aider for children and adults. Therefore, I have a lot of practical experience of putting the first aid skills I teach into practise.

Meet The Team
Jason Croucher MISRM LSSM
Jason is a Sports Massage Therapist at Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness and a qualified First Aid instructor. With a strong background in movement, performance, and injury prevention, Jason takes a practical, down-to-earth approach to helping people recover, move better, and stay active.
His experience includes training in Jujitsu to black belt (2nd dan) level and completing two English Channel swims as part of relay teams — achievements that reflect his long-standing commitment to physical resilience, discipline, and wellbeing. Jason brings this real-world experience into both his clinical work and first aid teaching, delivering clear, confident, and practical care and education.
